• Describe your invention in very broad terms including the industry (consumer, medical, construction, etc.). Send this e-mail to inventors@innoventor.net. If the idea is in Innoventor’s areas of expertise, we will send you a confidentiality agreement.


• Sign two copies of the agreement and send both to Innoventor, 3600 Rider Trail South, St. Louis, MO 63043 attn: confidentiality agreement


• We will send you back a copy with our signature on it for your records.


• The confidentiality agreement is for your protection and Innoventors. If your idea is already patented or is patent pending this agreement is not needed. E-mail the patent number, application publication number, or a description including drawings (for applications that have not been published).


• After you have received the signed confidentiality agreement, you can then describe your idea/product in greater detail (please include drawings) by e-mailing inventors@innoventor.net.

If we decide the product is marketable we will help you apply for the patent, and line up the right companies and /or contacts to get this idea to the marketplace
