Test Pressurization Console - Model TPP01A

Model TPP01A applications:
- Pressurization of vessels and other equipment where test requirements dictate precise
pressure control and monitoring.
- Intended Media: Air, Nitrogen, Helium. Consult factory for other
applications.
- 3000 psig max supply and delivery pressures (See selection chart for lower ranges)
Model TPP01A features:
STANDARD DESIGN FEATURES
- 300 series stainless steel process piping materials. Passivation available for
tubing and fittings upon request
- Graphics display on cabinet panels for safety and operator convenience
- Interface connections: 1/4" OD tube 37 degree flared male fittings standard with
captivated caps. See selection chart or contact factory for other types and/or sizes
- Cleaning: Innoventor standard commercial process - all hardware is inspected and
verified to be free of visible contaminants prior to assembly. Contact factory for
optional cleaning levels including O2 service, SN-C-0005 or KSC-123-xxx
(specify 100, 100A ect.)
- Vent/depressurize valve
- Designed to ANSI B31.3 standards
- Factory-tested nitrogen bubble-tight standard. Helium mass spectrometer leak
testing available upon request
- Hoses to connect UUT to TPP01A available as option. Specify type, length,
diameter and UUT mating fitting
- UUT relief valves are available upon request (See "Relief Devices" notes)
CABINET
- Heavy-duty industrial construction. Overall unit size = 24"x24"x55
3/8"H
- 15o sloped front for operator convenience and easy reading of gauges
- Casters for mobility with swivels on front of cabinet
- Vented rear panel
GAUGES
- Manufactured by Heise, an industry leader in precision gauging
- Accuracy: 0.1% of span across full scale
- Large 8.5" dial for readability and/or viewing at a distance
- Rear blow-out disk for operator protection
- In-place calibration on panel front
- Displays both delivery pressure and pressure at UUT
FILTER
- 10m absolute is standard. Other filtration levels on request
REGULATOR
- Manufactured by Tescom, an industry leader in high quality as regulators
- Self-venting feature for most pressure ranges (not to be used to relieve tank
contents)
